Approvals on the phone, a handheld in the warehouse.
Two web apps install on a phone: one for approvals and lookups, one for warehouse tasks, moves and counts. No app store needed: you add them to the home screen from the browser, and they run over an internet connection.
On the phone: decide and look up
Five tabs at the bottom. A manager sees what waits, approves on the document, checks stock and a customer’s balance, and gets a notification on the device.

Five jobs on one screen

Tasks in walking order
Tasks assigned to you come first, then unassigned ones, ordered by source bin. Each card shows task number, item, route, remaining quantity and lot. Scan a task number to open it directly.

A wrong bin is caught at the shelf
Step one of five: scan the source bin. The field clears and refocuses after each scan, and the device vibrates on success and failure. The message says exactly what happened.
System: treats the scan as an early check. Stock, capacity, quarantine and serial rules are enforced by the server at confirmation.

Item, lot, quantity
Lot items ask for the lot, serial items ask for each serial. If the shelf is short, tick the box and give a reason: the difference is not a stock movement, the goods stay in the bin and a count corrects it.

What is in this bin, where is this item
Göz Sorgula lists item, condition, lot, expiry, on-hand and how much is on a task. Ürün Sorgula takes a barcode, code, lot or serial and shows every bin in this warehouse.

Counting without seeing the book
Scan the bin, then the label or barcode. Serial items count instantly, lot items ask for the lot. Ekle adds to the count, Üzerine yaz replaces it. Counts open and close on the desktop.

Scan a task yourself
Press the buttons in the phone. Same steps and messages as the handheld. In a real warehouse the scan comes from one of three places:
- A handheld scanner
- A keyboard-wedge device types the code and presses Enter.
- The phone’s camera
- The camera button beside every scan field reads the barcode.
- By hand
- A damaged label can be typed.
On the desktop side, Depo İzleme, Depo Görevleri and Dalgalar organize the work. Bin labels print as QR with Etiket Yazdır, on thermal or A4, and Seri Etiketleri prints serial labels.
The buttons stand in for a real scan. Try the wrong bin to see the warning.

Tablets get the desktop layout. There is no separate tablet design.

How to install
Nothing to download from a store. The buttons are Uygulamayı Yükle and El Terminalini Telefona Yükle.

Open your COREX ERP address
In the phone’s browser. On a phone it opens the phone layout by itself.
